Many vulnerable woman today encounter significant challenges in achieving stable lives and livelihoods. It is encouraging to note that various organizations are dedicated to making a positive impact. One such organization, which focuses on supporting the homeless community in the Inland Empire, Riverside, and Orange County regions, offers hope and assistance to those in need.
Our Housing Program provides essential resources for individuals seeking to transform their lives. We offer support in the form of food and clothing, as well as comprehensive Restorative Services, including Case Management, Housing Navigation, Group and Individual Counseling, Career Mentorship, Wardrobe Assistance, Life Skills Workshops, and After-Care for up to two years. These services are designed to empower individuals toward independence and sustainable healing.

Mercedes is passionately dedicated to transforming the lives of the most vulnerable in our society. With her extensive experience across various sectors—local government agencies, law enforcement, social services, and emergency management—she is well-equipped to make a meaningful impact. Mercedes has successfully led housing navigation and case management departments in multiple counties, where she has prioritized delivering essential services for Enhanced Case Management (ECM) and sustainable solutions for the homeless population. In addition to her work at the community level, she has forged strong partnerships with federal and state parole agencies to facilitate the successful reintegration of justice-involved individuals after their release.
Her collaboration with the Office of Refugees and Resettlement (ORR) has allowed her to oversee a critical case management department for their Home Study/Post Release Program. Armed with a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies, Mercedes is now pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Management. Her unwavering commitment to establishing a non-profit organization that provides direct services to those in need is not just inspiring—it is a call to action for all of us to support her vision for a better future.
